Bookings

Card details are required to secure a  reservation with the full first night's deposit charged at point of sale - card type, card number, valid from & expiry date, security code and issue number (switch only) We also require full name and address including post code and contact telephone number .

A card surcharge of £2.00 is made to each card transaction, however this is not charged on the first night's deposit

Cheques are accepted to the value of the guarantee card only.

Cancellation Policy

• • 0 - 7 days = 100% of total booking
  • 7-14 days 100% of first night
  • 14 + days 10% of full booking
  • Amendments to bookings are charges at 10% of full booking
  • All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us for refund purposes

  We advise you consider taking out travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations

Check In

You may leave your luggage by prior arrangement in the morning from 9.00 am, however your room will not be available until check in time. You may check into your room from 16.00 - 22.00 however an arrival time is required, please advise us if your arrival time changes to make sure that a key holder is available or call us for a code to access the key box.
