All rooms have en-suite facilities, some have extra large shower cubicles big enough for two! * All rooms are completely dedicated to non-smoking guests.

All rooms are located on the first and second floors, we have one ground floor bedrooms. * Some of our rooms have king, super-king, four poster or sleigh beds. * We would like to make your stay at Sandaig as pleasant and comfortable as possible, as we would like you to return and to reccommed us to your friends and family, so please let us know if there is anything else at all that we can do to make your stay more enjoyable * Additional facilities include infant high chair and cots. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we have designed each of our rooms with this in mind. * Sorry we do not allow any pets at Sandaig * Also nearby is Leith docks and the fashionable Leith waterfront, with the Ocean Terminal shopping centre, the Scottish office Headquarters and of course the former Royal Yacht Britannia.
